Advertise a job with Universal Jobmatch

  • Use Universal Jobmatch to advertise jobs and search for jobseekers whose CVs match your needs. Universal Jobmatch has replaced Employer Direct Online (EDon), Employer Direct and Job Warehouse.

    If you’re an approved user of Employer Direct Online, log into Universal Jobmatch with your existing Government Gateway ID.

    If you’ve previously advertised jobs with Jobcentre Plus using another service, read the information for existing users and contact Employer Direct before you start.

  • Before you start

    Any employer can register for the Universal Jobmatch service. Once you’ve done this you can:

    • post jobs online
    • get a list of suitable jobseekers using the service, automatically matched by CV and skills
    • review the matched jobseekers and select those you want to apply

    Existing users

    If you’ve been using another service to advertise jobs with Jobcentre Plus, contact them and they’ll send you a link to access your new account.
